q58 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise. References to "q58", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the q58 platform operated at q58.im. References to "you", "your", or "Player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the q58 platform.

By accessing the q58 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the q58 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the q58 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

To register and maintain an active Account on q58, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. q58 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with international gaming licensing standards.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of q58 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the q58 Platform or have had an Account closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and maintain its accuracy at all times.

q58 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by q58 may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on q58 at any time. q58 operates strict duplicate account detection systems. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, q58 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all bets placed and winnings generated through those Accounts, and retain any bonus funds credited to them.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. q58 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify q58 support immediately via live chat. q58 will freeze the Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information associated with your Account — including your registered mobile number, payment method details, and identification documents — is accurate and kept up to date. Discrepancies between Account information and KYC documentation may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension pending verification.

q58 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank (bank transfer), debit card, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per time period, as displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
• q58 does not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which q58 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your q58 Real Money Balance within seconds for mobile wallet transactions and within standard banking hours for bank transfers.
• q58 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated player funds accounts, separate from q58 operating capital.

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, or to a payment method registered in the Player's name following satisfactory KYC verification.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to q58's satisfaction.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) subject to verification status.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are processed within standard banking hours and may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction as displayed on the withdrawal page within your Account.
• q58 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding thresholds defined by q58's compliance team.
• Any Real Money Balance remaining in a closed or suspended Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding investigation.

q58 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. q58 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a Player is exploiting promotional offers.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied using real-money wagers on eligible game categories as specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements.
• Bonus Funds and their associated winnings will expire if Wagering Requirements are not met within the period specified in the individual promotion terms, which is typically 30 days from the date of credit.
• q58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not apply retrospectively to offers already accepted by Players.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus interpretation, q58's decision is final and binding.

All bets and wagers placed on q58 are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports betting market, which are accessible within the Platform.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• q58 reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or bets placed after an event has concluded.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and game categories as displayed within the Platform.
• q58 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, betting market, or sporting event. Markets may be suspended or removed without prior notice.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures. q58 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or Platform errors do not qualify as a valid reason to void a losing bet. In the event of a technical fault during play, q58 will investigate and apply a fair resolution in accordance with its technical error policy.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q58 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Creating more than one Account on the q58 Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over q58 or other Players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the q58 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Permitting or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications with q58 staff or other Players via live chat or any other channel.

All content on the q58 Platform, including but not limited to the q58 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of q58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any q58 content without express prior written consent from q58.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

q58's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

q58 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

q58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with on-screen reminders.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of time and amounts wagered during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods between 24 hours and 30 days.

13.1 Closure by Player

13.2 Closure by q58

q58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct; failure to satisfy KYC requirements; suspicion of money laundering; or as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, q58 reserves the right to void all pending and settled bets associated with the Account and to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Any net Real Money Balance will be returned following completion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

q58 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, q58 will provide reasonable advance notice via a notification displayed upon login to your Account or by communication to your registered contact details.

Your continued use of the q58 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards applicable to q58's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the q58 Platform, you agree to first contact q58 support to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any formal process.

q58 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be escalated to q58's designated dispute resolution process. q58's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding unless overturned through the formal dispute resolution process.
